 JAMAC

The JAMAC Digital Cinema Project trains cultural producers capable of managing their own audiovisual projects within their reality, emphasizing creative content and format with cinematic language as a reference. To achieve this, training, production, and diffusion activities are carried out, using the experience of collective construction as its method.

Miia

MIIA is organized by producers Simone Ferreira and Thais Scabio. The festival is itinerant and consists of free screenings, debates, and workshops over three days in each location: Thursday and Friday, in partnership with education and/or social service networks; and Saturday, with programming for educators, cultural professionals, and families in general. The project is biennial; it was held in 2018 and canceled in 2020 due to the pandemic. In its second edition, after passing through Taboão da Serra and Diadema in 2018, MIIA arrived in the city of São Paulo, in the southern zone, in the Pedreira region, at CEU Alvarenga. The main objective of the MIIA Festival is to cultivate audiences, democratize audiovisual media, and showcase the diversity of gender, racial, and regional narratives for children and young people, primarily exhibiting in cities that do not have cinemas.
